This policy explains contact messages, public comments and the technical services used by TelePsychics.ca.

1. Who is responsible

Theresa Moore operates TelePsychics.ca and is the contact for privacy questions and requests. Email [email protected] or write to the mailing address at the end of this policy.

2. Contact messages

When you email us or use the contact form, the information you provide can include your name, email address, subject and message. It is used to understand and respond to your inquiry, correction or privacy request.

Contact messages are stored in Gmail and deleted after one year. Please send only what is needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents or private medical records.

3. Comments and public information

Comments are enabled and stored in WordPress. Comment records can include the name, email address, optional website and text you submit, together with an IP address and browser information used for moderation and spam detection.

Theresa Moore administers comments. An approved comment, its display name and any website link or avatar shown alongside it are public. The comment email field is not displayed publicly, but anything you write in the comment itself can be seen by readers. Avoid posting another person’s private information.

Comments and their associated records are retained indefinitely unless removed. To ask about a comment or request its removal, email us with the page link and enough information to identify your comment.

4. Technical data, cookies and performance

TelePsychics.ca does not use GA4, Google AdSense, advertising pixels, newsletters or marketing tracking. This does not mean that browsing is free of all technical data processing.

• Hosting and security: requests to load a page can be recorded in server and security logs, including an IP address, requested page, time and browser information. Hosting, Cloudflare and Wordfence support site delivery and protection. Log retention follows the relevant service settings; the one-year message policy does not describe these technical logs.
• Performance: the live site loads Cloudflare’s performance beacon. Cloudflare describes this as measurement of page-load and browser-performance information without using cookies or browser storage for that beacon. See Cloudflare’s explanation of its performance beacon.
• Functional cookies: WordPress can use cookies for sign-in or remembering comment details where those features are used. Security services can also use cookies needed for their functions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them can affect some features.
• Spam and avatars: comment information may be processed by anti-spam services. Where an external avatar is displayed, the avatar service can receive a request associated with that image.
• Page resources: fonts and some interface resources load from external providers. Like other web requests, these can disclose technical connection information to the provider.

5. Linked services and affiliate links

Payments and bookings for readings are handled entirely by linked services, not on TelePsychics.ca. Information you enter on those services is handled under their own privacy policies and terms.

Some reader links are affiliate links. TelePsychics.ca may earn a commission when you follow a qualifying link and make a purchase or registration. The linked service or referral system may use tracking to attribute that referral. This is separate from the website’s own marketing-tracking practices described above.

6. Service providers and international processing

Email, hosting, security, anti-spam and other technical providers process information needed to perform their functions. Their processing and storage locations can differ from your country. Gmail is provided by Google; its handling of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact Theresa Moore to ask about your information or request access, correction or removal. Use the email address associated with the message or comment where possible, and include the relevant page link. We may need enough information to identify the record and confirm that the request concerns you; please do not send identity documents with your first message.

Available privacy rights and any legal exceptions depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. You can also raise concerns with the appropriate privacy authority. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

8. Sensitive information and children

The website is written for adult readers. Do not post sensitive personal details or information about children in public comments. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted or published here, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

9. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when website features or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
