1. Who we are

TelePsychics.ca (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is published from 950 Bannock Street, Suite 1100, Boise, ID 83702, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the site is for

We publish guides to phone and video psychic readings, budgeting in Canadian and US dollars, privacy checks, and honest comparisons of reading services. Content is for general information only.

3. Readings are not predictions or advice

Psychic readings offered by the services we cover are for entertainment and personal reflection. No reading can foretell the future, diagnose a condition or guarantee an outcome, and nothing on this site is medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Do not delay or change professional care or important decisions because of a reading. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

4. Affiliate links and compensation

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register with or buy from a service after following one, we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the service’s published terms. Commercial relationships do not influence how we describe a service, and sponsored links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute.

5. Reviews and listings

Reviews reflect our editorial assessment at the time of writing, based on published terms, our own checks and reader feedback. Readers shown in listings are supplied by third-party platforms; we do not verify any individual’s abilities or claims. Prices and offers change often, so confirm them with the provider.

6. Orders placed on this site

Where the site offers a paid product or membership, the price, what is included and any renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. If something you bought does not work as described, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you. Statutory consumer rights in your place of residence are not affected.

7. Using our content

Articles, images we create and the site design are protected by copyright. You may link to any page, share links, and quote short passages for commentary, teaching or research with attribution to TelePsychics.ca. You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site, or use our content to feed automated systems that reproduce it without written permission.

8. Comments and accounts

You may comment on articles and, where offered, create an account. By posting, you confirm the content is your own and lawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it. We remove comments that are abusive, promotional, or that present predictions or health claims as fact. You can ask us to remove a comment or delete your account at any time.

9. Third-party sites, accuracy and liability

We link to other websites for convenience and do not control them. We check facts where possible, but content may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change or remove content at any time. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Ada County, Idaho, unless the law of your place of residence, including Canadian consumer-protection law where it applies, gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
